Check in and Check out Time
Check in time is at 3pm, and check out time is at 11am. We generally check guests in until 8pm, but
if you are planning on arriving after 8pm, we will make arrangements for you.
Cancellation Policy
We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy at Phoenix Hollow. Reservations that are cancelled
less than 48 hours from the check in time on the reservation date will be charged one night at the rate
the reserved room (includes the price of any packages reserved along with the room).
Reservations cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded 100%.
Pets
We have two wonderfully friendly dogs and while we love our furry little children, we understand that
not everyone shares our affinity for our four legged friends. Rest assured that they are not allowed
in the guest rooms and any contact with them is strictly up to our guests. So whether you keep to
yourself or want them to keep you company on the sunny front deck is up to you - they will be kept
away unless you wish it.
Unfortunately we are not equipped to house guest's pets, but we maintain a (small) list of local kennels on our Local Attractions page!
Seasonal Pricing
Throughout the site, you will see the terms 'on season' and 'off season'. The 'on season' at Phoenix
Hollow beings on May 1st and ends on October 31st. The 'off season' is the remainder of the year.
Privacy Policy
We do not store any information about you on the Phoenix Hollow website. Our shopping cart software will save your name, your address, your phone number and your order amount but no credit card or other financial information. Your credit card information is collected via a secure and encrypted transaction by our secure order processor, PayPal, but is not stored by them after your transaction is processed.
We will never give our any of the information we collect from you to anyone unless compelled to by law.
